Suman holds a PhD in Organization Development, is an accredited Coach from ICF (PCC) and is a postgraduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, with more than two decades of experience in strategic and operational capacities enhancing organizational effectiveness. Having worked with industries ranging from Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Service, IT/ITES, etc., she currently is the Director for a Training & HR Consulting Company ‐ Atiitya.

Her past experience as Head HR & L & D provides her both the strategic and tactical approach to the learning sessions. She has served Ion Exchange, Pantaloons, Tracmail, GE  Mastek and Motilal Oswal Financial Services in her employment days.

She has had the opportunity to strategize the Human Resource function as a major    

partner in overall business growth. She has contributed extensively to competency development, Talent management and Leadership emergence in various organizations.

Suman’s strength lies in understanding the behavioural dimensions of work and enhancing people effectiveness.

She is best known for her facilitation skills using the Group Coaching model and her debriefing of observed behaviours. She has conceptualized, operationalized and implemented various interventions for Leadership development across various levels across various industries.

She has contributed to academics while being associated with various educational institutes, including Nirma University, TISS, ISTD, Welingkar, etc as faculty and Mentor. She is the facilitator for the ‘Womentoring’ initiative launched by NHRDN Mumbai for the young women executives in the corporate world.

Suman has been closely associated with the world leaders in Assessment and Development Centers and Competency mapping. She has conducted several development centers and worked with hundreds of executives to create a development plan and work on Leadership Enhancement. She has Lead, designed Assessment & Development Centers and assessed many hundreds of Managers and Leaders from – Wockhardt, Carrier, Kalpataru, Saraswat Bank, Aditya Birla group, Taj Hotels, Bayer, Mahindra, Saraswat Bank, etc.

She has been a coach to  senior executives to enhance their effectiveness in managing people. She specializes in working with Senior Leaders in providing 360‐degree feedback and creating plans for individual development.
